“BREATH, STRETCH AND RELAX”
In this days of always being in a hurry, living with the adrenaline up to the top, and eating improperly and adding the need of the right breathing, we tend to get stressed, ill, mentally unbalanced, And even sometimes with depressive tendecies.
There are amazing powerful tools to incorporate the oxygen that we need in our blood in order to asimilate the nutrients better, for all our internal organs, the yogis call it Pranayamas, (prana=vital energy, yama=the control of), the control of the vital energy from the oxygen that we breath, is basic and elemental to learn how to administrate it and bring it properly in our lives. In the workshop the idea is to share some breathing techniques from the old teachings of the Vedas and the Tao. (From yoga, taiji, chi kung, tantra, etc).
As well, with that introduction the next level would be the physical state, we start to incorporate little by little in a very flowing manner the stretchings and movements to provide to the body the strength, flexibility, balance, etc. Some posturees ( most of them) work in a way that awakens the endocrine system, and is when the glands from the head and all over the body start to create the hormones in order to activate the organs therefore we can notice an improvement of the health and general wellness.
At the end of the sesion the focus of the relaxation is very slowly, going throuh the whole body part by part, little by little. We need to do a special and specific focus in the relaxion of the body to really undestand the difference of a stressed body and a relaxed one, because are so use to stress that we, no longer know the difference anymore. That is why this part of the relaxation is so important.
During the whole session the music play a very important role. The musical-therapy involved helps to change the brain waves, to reach more profund states of relaxation. The music, has a spititual, non religious background. That invites to have a personal experience with our inner peace.
